　　good luck 和hard work一样重要吗?

　　Personally I disagree that good luck is as equally essential as diligence. I believe that with the help the good luck, people can achieve success comparatively less painstaking. However, we should not overestimate the significance of luck. For example, as for work, let’s say, the head of the company quite cherishes talents and are willing to provide professional training opportunities for the beginners, however if the newcomer does not try his best to be productive and efficient based on the interests of the company, he cannot get promotion or salary raise as he expected.

　　In terms of the reason why the number of New Zealand black Robins is in decrease,and the corresponding solutions.the reading and listening are contradictory to each other.

　　First, the passage makes the point that Black Robins have not evolved the ability to avoid predators and are easy to catch. However, the professor demonstrates a different idea that to move the black Robins to the other two islands, and because the number is small and easy to move, and also the local government have designed the protected areas and rules.

　　Second, contrary to the belief in the reading passage that Black Robins have a picky diet, only eat some insects that are unstable,the lecturer says that scientists can follow big birds to their nests and feed them regularly.

　　Finally, the reading states that The reproductive rate is too low, and the female is not easy to survive .In contrast, the professor refutes that they will stole the other birds’ eggs, then robins will regenerate eggs and put these eggs in other birds’nest to hatch,then their produciton will get a doubling rate.

　　These days, children spend more time on doing homework or participating in organized activities related to school or sports. However, they should be given more time to do whatever they want?

　　Some people believe that it is more important for children to spend most of their time on academic studies or activities related to school or sports. Others believe that children should spend their time freely. To understand the logic behind these two views, we must compare their advantages and disadvantages.

　　If children spends all of their time studying, they will advance quickly in school. who spent their time playing will not learn until they are at least a few years older.To learn the value of education early on, and will be able to impress their parents with what they learnt, therefore gaining self-confidence and motivation. If a child spends most of his time do what he want,he will have no idea about what to learn and how to learn, he will not learn about mathematics and science and also some important skill : socialization. What’s more,if children spend their time playing together, they learn how to interact with others. They learn how to share things, and how to settle a disagreement amicably.Children can also increase their motor skills if they spend their time playing games that involve hand-eye coordination.

　　Admittedly,both playing and studying have valid points, they should be given the right to choose,to become an independent man. However,what they need more is the guidence from school and parents and the society.It is best to try and combine playing with learning. If children can learn about the basics of academics in a fun and playful environment, they are likely to become more interested in it.A very young child has no interest in studying, and I believe that adults must allow children to have fun,to help them to choose what they really interested in and good at. Otherwise, the children will grow up to be uncaring, antisocial adults and even waste the whole childhood. This does not mean, the what they want is not important.
