Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain about the poor repair work your staff done at my home.
According to our agreement, the walls of my bedrooms should be whitewashed and painted to cream. Alhough your workers finished this job on time, the quality is not satisfying since it is uneven and there are many conspicuous patches, which is unacceptable.
Besides, the wood cupboards in my kitchen are not fixed as we agreed in the contract. I am unhappy that your staff did not spray anti-termited chemicals after replacing the old slats, imposing a risk of damage to the furniture as well as the whole house.
Given the disappointing quality of these repairs, I request you to start over and supervise your staff personally in order to make sure that they will complete these tasks with high quality as we agreed in the contract.
