　　You are writing a letter in response to an advertisement offering a work to look after a house in Scotland. In your letter

　　-introduce yourself

　　-why you are interested in this job

　　-ask a few questions about the job

　　审题：正式信，不可以缩写，用词要正式; 写给陌生人，落款用Yours faithfully，——记不住/做不到这些，TR分数就白白丢了。就称呼来说，题目背景是“看到了广告”，广告里有可能标记了联系人的姓名和称谓，所以用Mr.Smith之类也可以。

　　范文：174 words.

　　Dear Sir or Madam,

　　I am writing with regard to the position of house keeper that you advertised on YBirds website recently.

　　My name is Fiona Lee and I am an international student at the University of Glasgow. I am tidy, responsible, and easy going. You can rest assured that I will treat your property with the same care as I would my own.

　　The job attracts me since I am searching for a part-time job to earn some income for next semester. Apart from that, I also consider it as a great opportunity to practice what I have learnt in Horticulture.

　　I would like to know more about the job. Firstly, what is the exact duration of it? Then I can arrange my schedule accordingly. Secondly, it there any pets? I am experienced with looking after cats and dogs, but I might need detailed instructions if you own fish or birds.
