Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing with regard to the poor service provided by your staff at the Future Plaza yesterday.
I asked for advice from your shop assistant when I was searching for a new blender. Having read some online comments about similar products, I was still not sure about the features and functions of different brands. So I talked to the sales person with the hope of helping me make an informative decision.
However, the assistant was unsupportive because of lacking relevant knowledge. Apart from showing the appearances of several machines, she was only able to tell me the price difference, which was useless. I feel quite unsatisfied with her service.
I suggest you to take action to improve your staff's performance. The most effective way would be to offer regular training that enables them to be familiar with each product. Also, motivation measures should be adopted to encourage your staff to keep improving their knowledge and skills
