Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing with regard to a birthday party that was held in the banquet hall at your hotel last Saturday night. It was a great success in general but there were a few things that I was dissatisfied with.
I was extremely happy with the food and drink service. The chocolate cake was so beautiful and delicious that several of us had decided to order it for our families on holiday. The bartender also impressed us with his extraordinary skills of serving guests their favorite cocktails.
However, the decoration and valet parking were not satisfying. I was told that the hall could accommodate 30 guests, but in fact, it was not even spacious enough for 20 people due to the poor arrangements of chairs. Additionally, it took us more than 20 minutes to wait for our vehicles when we left, which was unacceptable, especially in cold weather like that evening. I think these issues could be solved by making wiser selections of furniture and hiring more staff for parking service.
