　　Personally, I believe the intimate friendship between employer and the employee would not benefit the company in a global scale.

　　Firstly, if the boss presents him/herself as easily approachable, many employees would gradually misinterpret the friendliness as a pass for carelessness. In other words, the employee will tend to pay less attention to the quality of his work as his boss would probably always allow him to make mistakes as a casual friend.

　　Secondly, excessive friendship between both parties is a sign of unprofessionalism, which puts the long run development of the firm at risks. Take Ali Pay as an example, one of the most successful business in china. The boss Jack Ma barely knows any programmers in his company. However, it is exactly this distinct hierarchy of worker and employer relationship that haspaved way for the success of Ali Pay.
