　　With the fierce competition in the society, the job market becomes overwhelmingly saturated symbolizing the challenges of finding a satisfying job. Job hunters begin to improve their searching method in order to succeed. Personally speaking,I hold the opinion that among the three popular method to find a job, asking for friends either online or in-person is the best way to achieve the goal. Not only because friends may enhance our chance of success in getting the position, they also have better insight of the job and can provide a better comprehension.

　　Firstly, with friends’ recommendations, the chance of securing the position would be greatly enhanced. Since the friend might have already worked in the company for a consistent amount of time, the reputation and trustworthiness of this friend would also have been established in the firm. When she / he recommends us to the HR or CEO, it’s highly possible for the people in control to pick us rather than any random applicant from online. Once we get through the interview by putting in efforts, undoubtedly, the HR would be willing to offer us a position.

　　What's more, Friends' experience will offer a better understanding on the jobs. Toelaborate on the topic, friends in the company will have an insight on the policies of the company. Since salaries and bonus are probably where the attention goes, it would be beneficial for people to have a insider's opinion and then decide to apply for the job. According to the survey conducted in 2018, around 80 percent of the job hunters thought it would be nicer if someone introduce the companies' policy and information for them. It is true that sending letters to the company will get a more direct feedback. However, the job looking journey is not just get a job, it is concerned with choosing a satisfying job.

　　Admittedly, looking for want advertisement and sending letters to the companies have advantages such as various source of information from differentiated perspectives. However, friends in the company can also provide you with better first-hand experience about working in the company. Plus, enhances probability of success can be granted when there are trusted referrals recommending the applicants rather than applicants doing all the job alone.

　　In conclusion, though sending letters to company and searching for the advertisement have advantages over asking for friends for help. The high chance of success to secure a job and better understandings to the job positions we can gain from asking job postings from friends will serve us better in the way of achieving success when finding a satisfying job.
