雅思写作大作文范文分享:In cases of natural disasters, medical emergencies and severe famine, countries, particularly the less developed ones, generally have no enough resources and manpower to overcome these difficulties on their own and thus supports and rescues from other nations are vital in coping with them. Some claim but I do not agree with the idea that authorities should not announce budget for aids alike as domestic issues and people are their prime concern. It is essential for nations to provide such help for several purposes. The most realistic fact lies in the lack of resources and human power for a single country to handle the massive outbreak of a pandemic or the spell of a catastrophe, so countries as many as possible should centralize their efforts, including money, equipments and specialists to help overcome. If governments can reach agreements on mutual aids, the security of their citizens can be guaranteed to some extent. The following benefit from this is the reduction of conflicts, regional, continental and even global ones, as the cooperation brings more trust and friendliness. Last but not least, this collaboration means more sequent long-term economic projects covering from infrastructure to energy resources. In a minor part, citizens’ happiness and well-being has natural higher priority in governing a country. Therefore, adequate funds on improving the living standard of its residents should be raised and managed, especially for those who can not get rid of poverty and disability, for their basic accommodation, catering and education. In conclusion, it is a definitive and beneficial policy that take effects in the long run to strengthen the bonds between countries by providing aids mutually, which gains more future developing opportunities, while it is also the governments’ job on balancing the input between the two aspects.
