　　Those minority languages are dying out due to the decreasing number of speakers. Some linguists suggest saving the extinct languages with the national fundings, while others believe that it is not worthwhile to preserve the unpopular languages. The preservers convince the authorities of cultural significance. As it is universal, a language intertwists a unique culture, along with the ancient knowledge and traditional wisdoms hidden behind.  anguages preservation and revision is kind of protection to the culture heritage and cultural diversity in the nations and worldwide, making more contributions to the multi-cultural society.

　　However, to fund the languages with few users is of low cost-effective in the national level. The origin of a certain kind of language was derived from a mean of communication within particular tribes. Once popularized among a descending number of people, the language correspondingly loses its intermedia and basic functions, meaning that it is dying out sooner or later. There is nothing more government can do to stop the inevitable trend, but to invest a large amount financial resources and human resources in encouraging the popularity of some uncommon languages, which is rarely productive and time-consuming. Such an unwise investment will increase the opportunity cost, which could have provided to other priorities, such as health care and education.

　　It is of futile effect to stop the destined extinction of some unpopular language. Instead, governments should wisely fund on other priorities, like livelihood issues. Life will be easier when there are less languages in the world.
