参考范文:
In this day and age, there are a variety of students in schools and employees in workplaces who work diligently. There are a range of reasons to explain why individuals work hard, which will be explored, as well as whether this is a positive or negative outcome.
Certain groups work more earnestly, in part due to their family backgrounds and the circumstances they grew up in. For instance, youngsters who are raised in poor families tend to work more earnestly as they are aware of the consequences of not being successful in life, including a lower standard of living and quality of life. In the workplace, people perform more earnestly when provided with excellent incentives such as salary, bonuses or benefits. In order to secure high compensation, they need to show they deserve such rewards by proving they can outperform their colleagues and make contributions to their enterprises.
It is challenging to state that it is always a good thing to work hard due to the fact that it depends on the activity at hand and possible results. For extremely talented individuals, perhaps they naturally possess certain skills or abilities and do not need to work as seriously as their peers to be successful. Moreover, some people might be dissatisfied with their school or work lives and do not obtain a sense of satisfaction from working hard. In this situation, working more diligently might lead to discontent and dissatisfaction rather than improving their sense of happiness.
All in all, people choose to work hard due to their financial status and possible benefits obtained from diligence. Nevertheless, working earnestly is not always the best outcome, particularly for those who are naturally skilled or dislike their current circumstances.
