MAP 还考写作？揭开 MAP 写作的真面目！提到 MAP 考试，大家首先想到的科目是 Math（数学）Reading（英语阅读）Language usage（英语语言运用）和 Science（科学），甚至在很多关于 MAP 的考试介绍文字中都没有见到“写作”的影子。似乎写作在 MAP 中的江湖地位不太重要。

托福考试一般是让考生对某个客观的话题进行论述，比如你同不同意玩电脑游戏浪费时间这个观点？MAP 的写作一般是让考生谈自己的主观选择。比如，我们来看几道 MAP考试的真题。

从题目中不难看出，考试方要让考生做出自己主观的选择，所以这里除了考查英语语言的写作能力以外，还要从考生的选择中评判考生的某种能力或者个性特点，比如想象力，同理心等。
所以考生在进行作文的内容构思时，要慎重考虑。从语言的角度，根据之前学生交的作文，总结一些常见的语法错误。各位同学争取在写作中先规避常见语法错误的发生。
1、第三人称单数，主谓不一致The ship will not leave the port until every one of the crew members have（改成 has）been examined by a physician and given a clean bill of health.
2、动名词做主语（不能用动词做主语）In my opinion, play （改成 playing）computer games is generally a waste of time.
3、可数不可数名词的修饰词问题There are much （改成 many） things could explore in the universe.
4、定语从句：没有引导词或者引导词错误A number of people make online communities which （改成 where）they can make friends.I hope to have a job where I can earn a lot of money.
5、语态：主动语态，被动语态For example, in my uncle’s community, there is a small forest which build （改成 was built）by people in community.
6、中国式英语问题At the beginning, the students were distressed by the academic achievements （改成 poor academic performance）of other courses, so they did not pay attention to this course.
7、句子缺少成分（主语 谓语）She is best known for designing the memorial building, but her works also including （改成include）furniture and sculptures in stone, wood and glass.
8、不要用键盘符号（&）Traveling around the world requires a lot of time & （改成 and） money.
9、不要用缩写（ppl）When ppl （改成 people）wear uniforms, they tend to behave differently.
10、冠词问题 （非专有名词的单数前面要加冠词 a an the）Once （加上 a）language is acquired, it cannot be easily forgotten.
