　　正方分论点1：人们在网络上的表现与日常可能存在较大的差异性。

　　A growing number of people are becoming aware of the conveniences brought about by the technological advances,especially with the advent of computers. Since currently most of people prefer to utilize the social networking websites or applications to have online communication and describe their daily life,  there are some people who argue that the performance on these platforms also should be taken into consideration when enrolling or recruiting candidates for study or work. Personally， I partially disagree with this idea.

　　The first reason why I am oppose to this suggestion is that there may be substantial differences between people's performance online and their real life. What we cannot deny is that people, more or less, have a certain vanity, so they may show more excellent aspects of life rather than inferior contents on the social platform,which actually is of little reference value for the admissions officers. Besides, in the virtual world, some naturally introverted people can break the psychological barriers and actively express their views on the platform; while those who are naturally extroverted are busy with social activities and extracurricular activities in real life, which means that they have little time to keep up with the content of online platform. Therefore, it is difficult to understand a person's real situation through social networking sites.

　　Apart from the enormous differences, this behavior also violates people's privacy and the original intention of freedom of network communication. This is so because the Internet itself is a platform for free expression of personal opinions and sharing of life experience, so that people can get relaxation and entertainment, by which I mean on the premise of not breaking the law and harming others, people are free to make different choices from the mainstream public. However, some companies and schools may have some bias in the face of these choices, leading to the rejection of excellent students and employees.

　　For example, some companies may refuse to admit women with divorce experience, or some schools may think that students' insistence on sending videos or music on the public platform leads to the lag of normal learning, which is actually unfair to candidates.

　　Admittedly, it is true that people's performance on social networking sites may reflect a person's personality to a certain extent, and taking it as a reference when employing or enrolling can restrict people's behavior. However, due to the uncertainty of the information, it is recommended to only get a general acquaintance of such content, but not as the main reference standard for recruitment.
