　　Write at least 200 words on the instructions below:

　　Write an essay of 200 words to tell us your understanding of the this saying.

　　"instead of worrying about what you can not control ,shift your energy to what you can create."

　　题目要求:

　　写一篇200字的短文，告诉我们你对这句话的理解："与其担心你无法控制的事情，不如把你的精力转移到你能创造的事情上。

　　要点分析:

　　这次平和的英文写作采用了名人名言，相对平常考题描述一次经历或者一个你喜欢的东西来说比较抽象，会让很多同学看到第一时间无从下手，其实本质是在考察比较逻辑，无法控制的事情 vs 能创造的事情，我们的精力到底应该放在哪里。

　　需要大家注意的是，审题上一定要明确回应题目中所有bullet points：worrying about what you can not control ；what you can create；energy 所有的点 必须在你的文章中一一回应。

　　结构上来看，200字的文章，建议不超过4段，开始和结尾提出和重申立场，中间2个主体段，分别回应题目两大要点：

　　In the contemporary society, with the rapid development of science and technology, people's life has become increasingly diversified, but unfortunately, one's energy is rather limited. Roy T. Bennett once said, ‘instead of worrying about what you can not control, shift your energy to what you can create.’ Personally,I totally agree with his idea.

　　First of all, focusing on what individuals can control is more likely to bring unexpected gains and help to achieve success eventually. It is true that fate is so unfair and there are many people around us who are born with wealth and outstanding appearance.  Theoretically, if they can always maintain these absolute advantages, they must be winners in the future. However, surprisingly, the opposite is always true in the reality. As the future is unpredictable and dramatic,those who are able to focus on the present, strive to improve themselves and persevere in working for a goal are often able to surpass those who have innate advantages.

　　Besides, it cannot be denied that some obstacles in real life that are hard to be changed are objective limitations. For example, the failures people experienced in the past are often caused by technological limitations, lack of funds or congenital defects. If people spend a lot of time remembering the past regrets or complaining about the unfair fate, they will only waste time and completely lose the opportunity to change their fate.

　　In conclusion, it seems to me that where the starting point is not important, and does not determine what, and whether we can reach the end, the race performance is the most important.
