　　The area of science that I'm interested in is psychology. It first caught my attention when I was in grade ten. The reason I noticed in this area of science is that some of my friends were suffering from mental health problems and I wanted to help them. I started with researching about anxiety and depression, and found them so different from physical disease. In order to find the cure, I bought several books including interest-direct, novels, and even university textbooks. After finishing all of them I became more attracted by psychology.

　　Moreover, I watched multiple TV series as well as online speeches from various professors. I also took the grade 11 and grade 12 psychology lessons in my high school, talked to my teachers and took part in the interest club. I even looked up the research program that I might take part in during the summertime at my dream university. Although I did not end up studying in that university, I did go there for an event where a psychology professor shared her experience in learning psychology and its future outlook.

　　Another reason why I am into psychology so much is that I found human brain so magical and mysterious. I do have a willingness to know some part of it and try my best to discover some new features. I believe psychology is also an area that has a long way to develop, and I hope more and more talented people can take part in this area to extend the limit of human brain.
