　　雅思口语|《高智商的人》话题如何分析？这个话题最近一次出现在2019年的雅思口语考题中。这道题本身有一定的难度，并且难度明显大于同期话题《漂亮帅气的人》。也正是如此，很多同学看到题目后都会变得极其慌张。至于为什么会慌，其中一个原因就是词汇量不够，所以在开始正式讲解话题前，我给大家先行准备了有关“Intelligent”的同义替换词, 之后我们可以直接应用在话题当中：

　　Describe an intelligent person that you know (about)

　　You should say:

　　• Who the person is

　　• How you know (about) the person

　　• What the person does

　　• And explain why you think the person is intelligent

　　• Brainy 聪明的

　　Definition : Someone who is brainy is clever and good at learning

　　Example : He always was the brainy one.

　　• On the ball 思维机敏

　　Definition : Someone who is able to think or act quickly and intelligently.

　　Example : My cousin is really on the ball.

　　• Sharp 机敏的

　　Definition : If you describe someone as sharp, you are praising them because they are quick to notice, hear, understand, or react to things.

　　Example : A journalist with an extremely sharp mind.

　　• Resourceful 足智多谋的

　　Definition : Good at finding ways of doing things and solving problems, etc.

　　Example : He is an energetic and resourceful man.

　　• Bright 聪明的

　　Definition : If you describe someone as bright, you mean that they are quick at learning things.

　　Example : We really have a good opinion of his bright brain.

　　• Quick-witted 机智敏捷的

　　Definition : Able to think quickly.

　　Example : He is a quick-witted student.

　　• To be as bright as a button

　　Definition : Very intelligent and full of energy

　　Example : He's as bright as a button and can ask the most awkward questions.
