　　Urbanization has taken place around the world in the past few years， symbolized by the development of both regional cities as well as large cities, especially in developing countries. Currently，governments are increasingly willing to encourage the relocation of industries and businesses，that is， moving out form big cosmopolitan cities to its regional areas，and many people start to question the cost-effectiveness of this act. Personally, I believe it is still a valuable transition that should be made in the short term as well as long term.

　　First of all, with the growing population as well as the increasing intensity of buildings in large cities, industries and businesses, especially for manufactures, is not only high-cost but also unnecessary to stay in large cities. Compared with the high rent that industries and businesses needed to afford in big cities, moving to regional regions will not only alleviate the huge financial burden but also can ensure the quality of the service since it no long takes much time to deliver goods to consumers with the advances of logistics. Therefore, it is a more cost-effective choice to industries and businesses.

　　Moreover, the entering of more industries and businesses can also help develop the regional areas so that regional disparities can be improved. With the rise in the number of the companies, not only will the economy of the city be boosted but also the well-being of people there can be enhanced，which also can be regarded as a determining step of the regional developments.

　　Admittedly， there are many risks that those industries and businesses will have to face， especially when it comes to localization which is one of the reasons that cause the insolvent of various companies. However, with solid research, sufficient precautions and attention on the possible setbacks during localization, it will not be a fierce problem to tackle, let alone considering the high cost-effectiveness for both companies themselves as well as those regional cities.

　　Above all, I believe, the merits overshadow the demerits.
