　　【综合点评】

　　进入了换题季，已经出现了不少的新题，同学碰到了新题，也不必紧张，很多题目仔细分析起来，其实是我们熟悉的话题，同学们一定可以考出理想的成绩。

　　【Part 1-3真题点评】

　　Part 1：part1的必考题，Hometown, work and study，accommodation出现概率仍比较高，同学们可以进行准备，新题的方面，出现的话题包括tiredness, makeup, jeans 等，和生活围绕紧密，考场上也是可以随机应变应对得了的，旧题好好准备过的情况下，按照课上的答题思路，遇到这些题目也是能够给出一个不错的回答的。

　　Part 2: 这个部分很多同学还是比较担心的，老题目同学通过训练和积累，是比较有话说的，新题目的话，我们把平时积累的语料掌握扎实，思路运用起来，并不会觉得特别困难，很多题目也是旧题翻新，或者是我们可能准备过的一些话题比如媒体类的题目，同学们遇到了全新的题目，不要有畏难的感觉，我们其实都能应对的。

　　Part 3：这个部分，题目一部分会从题库里面出，另一些考官会自己编题目，主题是和我们part2相关的，问题的难度会比part1要难一些，同时，答题的时候，需要我们展示逻辑和辨证思维，这个部分可以多多积累词汇，运用我们课堂上讲的一些语句和思路，利用相应的练习，考试的时候正常发挥就可以了。

　　思路这是一个地点类的话题，要求描述一个读书写字的地方，但是不能是家里，这个地方可以是图书馆，咖啡馆，教室等，学习相关的词汇，我们同学是有一些积累的，那么，我们就以在咖啡馆学习为例，给出sample answer。

　　语法时态和句型方面可以丰富一些

　　Well, I would like to say something about a café in a beautiful park near my university, which is a hidden gem in the hectic and thriving city. That place used to be a run-down building and has been renovated into a café. I go there from time to time with a couple of bosom friends. I find that it is a great place for us to study. You see, since the owner of the café doesn’t advertise this place a lot, due to the lack of publicity, not many people know about this place, which makes it possible for the café to have a relatively quiet environment with some tranquil music played here, making it a great place for people to read and do their work there. Also, somehow, it is easier for me to stay on task there. The small table at the corner of the café is my favorite study spot and I can get things done at one sitting. Studying there has saved my neck more than once. For those reasons, it is the place where I would like to read and write.
