　　Dear Mr. Collins,

　　I am writing to thank you for giving me the opportunity to join the advanced Python training next month. Unfortunately, I have to cancel the course it clashes with my university exams.

　　Learning Python is undoubtedly beneficial to improve my programming skills, especially considering the situation that we are expanding our business in big data. If I could attend this training, I would also be competent to deliver an in-house training for my team.

　　However, the time arrangement of this training is conflicted with my schedule. As you know, I have been doing a Master degree in Computer Science since last year and actually, I am attending the final exam next month. I feel sorry for this.

　　I have confirmed with our HR section that  the Python training are run twice every year. Therefore, I would be grateful if you could allow me to transfer to the course started in November, when I will have completed my degree course.
